We offer a 14-day return policy for damaged or missing items only, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding an eligible return.
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Once your return request is approved and, if applicable, the item is inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.
