If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Cosmic Herbs is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at cosmicherbs786@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.
